The Office of Design & Construction's Project Managers provide project management services for all Medical Center renovation, remodel, and construction projects. The project managers are accountable to Medical center departments to deliver projects that are on schedule, within budget, high quality, cost-effective, and appropriate to program requirements.

Project managers develop and manage a wide range of projects including renovations, relocations, utility upgrades and new construction. The project manager organizes the project and monitors project progress, cost and quality, resolving issues that may arise while maintaining client communication and customer satisfaction through the course of the project.

The project delivery process involves selecting professional design and engineering consultants, analyzing program requirements and coordinating program needs during the design process with design professionals, contractors, construction inspectors, The Medical Center and other campus entities associated with the project.
