To solicit interested consultants to perform architectural,
landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, land surveying, construction
project management services, and other facility related services.
Each year an applicant pool is created from firms responding to The University
of San Francisco’s yearly Announcement. If the firm is deemed qualified, it is added
to UCSF’s applicant pool. The UCSF campus has two (2) offices: Medical Center
Office of Design and Construction and Capital Programs & Facilities Management (CPFM),
which hire consultants. These two (2) offices operate independently from one another.
For this reason, there will be two (2) rosters of consultants for UCSF one at each office.
Consultants who are interested in providing consulting services must submit a copy of
the Consultant Profile Form AND the Statement of Qualifications Form to UCSF Medical Center or UCSF CPFM.
If you would like to be considered for providing services at both locations, please submit these documents
electronically to each office. See the forms below.
Please fill in data directly on these two forms. Submit completed documents
electronically to the addresses below and reference “Annual Announcement” in the subject line.
Submit to:
UCSF Medical Center Office of Design & Construction
contractservices@ucsfmedctr.org
UCSF Capital Programs & Facilities Management
CPFMAnnualAnnouncement@ucsf.edu
Upon submission, the Forms will be evaluated by the University. Respondents who pass the
initial screening will be contacted to assess their interest in making brief presentations to
project management staff on an as-needed basis. UCSF will follow established procedures in
selecting consultants from the applicant pool. The estimated amount of each contract may be up
to $100,000. This Notice may result in the award of contracts, but does not commit the University
to award any contract for a particular type of project.
If your firm responded to the 2009 Annual Announcement and did not receive a "Not Qualified" letter,
and wish to remain on the list for the new year, you must inform us by email (to the addresses above)
of your desire to remain on the list by March 31, 2010. Selections may begin at any time after
January 1, 2010 but interested persons and firms may continue to provide Statements of Qualifications
thereafter because selections may continue throughout year 2010.
The University will only send notifications if your firm is not qualified to be included in the
Applicant Pool. For any other questions, please contact Cristina Lindow at 415-353-4086 for Medical
Center Office of Design & Construction, or Bernadette Jimenez at 415-502-7530 for CPFM.
